After four years of performing around the UK, Sharnelle finally had the courage to release her first EP. Her courage was ignited after she received a standing ovation, from a crowd of two thousand people at a womens conferance. It was there that she realised everything that she had experienced and witnessed in her life so far, was what many others were facing.
Last year in November at the age of 21, she released her EP titled 'Resurrection', on the 25th November 2017. It is a poetic, artistic EP, consisting of four songs. It ranges from the genres of RnB and orchestral music, with a fusion of dance and soul music. Resurrection focuses on finding one’s self, inner strength, and becoming the warrior that God wants you to be.
